The Skagit County Sheriff's representatives visit to Guemes Island is scheduled for 6:30 PM, Sunday, January 24, 2010 at the Community Hall.  They will address islander concerns regarding the recent rash of break-ins along with providing information on what islanders can do to protect themselves including block watch programs.  The event is sponsored by GIPOA.  Everybody welcome.  Refreshments served.
