You are cordially invited to attend the Anacortes Ferry Dock Rehabilitation Project and Guemes Island Ferry Dock Repair Project ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Anacortes portion of the combined project consisted of replacing 10 pre-stressed concrete bridge girders, replacement of the bridge bearings, new bridge and pedestrian railing, and asphalt paving of the bridge deck. The Guemes Island portion of the project included the placement of new steel bridge girders, cast-in-place concrete bridge deck, reconstruction of the bridge cap beam, replacement of the bridge bearings, and new bridge and pedestrian railings.

The projects were made possible through funding by grants from the Ferry Boat Discretionary fund, and the Bridge Replacement Advisory Committee (BRAC).

We are very proud of this combined project, and hope to have you in attendance as
we celebrate the completion of these vital projects with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
