Strength Building Group

Strength Building Group:  Meets 7:30 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Each person works at their own pace with stretches, weight lifting, isometrics. Special focus on osteoporosis prevention. Easy, comfortable, fun and chatty. A good place to do your recommended physical therapy exercises. Most finish up by 8:15.
