Open to all Community Center Membership (all Guemes residents and property owners 18 years and older).

Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7PM is the annual meeting to elect council members.

The meeting will be held at the Community Hall. There are five of the nine council positions open with ten candidates (Tom Butler, Jan Ebersole, Harry Finks, Jeff Gent, Jim Nichol, Carol Pellett, Gail Nicolls, Leslie Tysseling, Susan Rombeek and Sandy Warmouth) vying for positions. Each candidate will be given 3 minutes to tell why he/she want to be on the council. As you can see from the agenda below the election will be the first order of business, but all are welcome to stay and attend the business part of the meeting. Please come and participate in the democratic process.
