Present: Additional Attendees: None Agenda Items: The Letter to Steve Flude (drafted by Marilee) concerning ADA access to the passenger ferry was reviewed amended and approved. A list of current/old priority issues were developed for Glen to send to Flude. 1) Request RT minute 10/8/04; 2) Publish procedure for crew to load ferry; 3) Next RT meeting schedule 1/14/05; 4) Install Black top and angle parking from I to K on 6th St.; 5) Send electronic data file on State of Washington Deficit Reimbursement to GIFC; 7) What deficit Reimbursement has county received; 8) Piling replacement plan/ critical path/ cause for changes; 9) Layout and description of planned facility modifications to display at 12/5/04 public Meeting; 10) Return to three crew operation; 11) Status of Public Employee Commission Case Findings. Letter to Commissioners requesting not to support extension of ferry service--Glen Letter to GIPAC requesting a position statement concerning the need for an environmental impact statement by the county prior to extending the hours of ferry service to Guemes.
