Once a punch card has been duly sold for the Guemes Island Ferry, that punch card:

· Is non-refundable;
· Is valid until 11:59 p.m. on its expiration date; and
· Cannot be defaced, altered, or torn in half.

Expired punch cards or punch cards that have been altered will not be accepted as payment.  Once a punch card has been duly sold, the full responsibility for expired, lost or stolen punch cards shall remain with the purchaser; no liability will be held by Skagit County.
