NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that on April 26, 2019, Jacqueline O’Neil filed an administrative critical areas variance application to reduce the standard 110 foot buffer to 55 feet on a Category III wetland to accommodate replacement of an accessory dwelling unit.

The proposed project is located within a portion of the property described as parcel number P31311. The site is located at 7089 West Shore Drive on Guemes Island.

The full application for this proposal is on file with Skagit County Planning and Development Services (PDS), and will be reviewed under the provisions of Skagit County Code (SCC). This information is available to the public on request. Other permits that may be necessary in the development of the project but are not included in this application include: building permit.

A decision on the application will be made within 120 days of the date the application is determined to be complete pursuant to SCC 14.06.210.

Any person desiring to comment on or to be notified of the decision on this application should notify PDS in writing within fifteen days of the date of publication of this notice. Failure to respond within the comment period could result in loss of the right to appeal. Skagit County accepts comments online only through the form at www.skagitcounty.net/pdscomments. To ensure comments are received and processed properly, comments are not accepted via email.
