| Guemes Ferry Car & Driver Ticket Booklet Expiration Dates Extended Due To Ongoing Construction SKAGIT COUNTY - Due to the ongoing construction at the Guemes Island ferry, the Skagit County Public Works Department has extended the expiration on all Guemes Island Ferry Car & Driver Ticket Booklets until March 31, 2005. This applies to all ticket booklets that expire after October 25, 2004. “We understand the inconvenience that these necessary construction projects cause our customers,” said Ferry Manager Steve Cox. “We want to make sure that ferry users get the full value of their ticket purchases.”
