DESCRIPTION:Thursdays through the summer 4:00-5:00 at the Community Center.\nClasses taught by John Kuzel\, Guemes resident and tai chi instructor. No experience needed – emphasis is on body mechanics and introducing exercises that you can do even while you’re seated in a chair\, gradually introducing the Yang tai chi form.\nClasses are free – and donations to support the venue (GICCA) and/or the instructor are welcome.
